SDG Action Award

Category

Selection Process

Call for Nominations

The SDG Action Award program will invite nominations from eligible entities across Bangladesh. Nominations can be submitted by the organizations themselves or by third-party stakeholders familiar with their initiatives.

Evaluation and Shortlisting

A panel of expert judges, comprising representatives from relevant sectors such as government, academia, civil society, and the private sector, will evaluate the nominations based on predetermined criteria, including impact, innovation, scalability, sustainability, and alignment with the SDGs.

Finalists Selection

The judging panel will shortlist a set of finalists in each award category based on the evaluation criteria. Finalists may be requested to provide additional information or participate in interviews or site visits for further assessment.

Winners in each category will be selected through a rigorous evaluation process, considering the overall impact, sustainability, scalability, and replicability of their initiatives in contributing to the SDGs. The decision of the judging panel will be final.
